To further discuss color and line I choose two artists that I see as opposites of each other. O'Keefe's uses nature and models her form. Lichtenstein uses popular culture, namely comics, and uses broad flat areas of color. O'Keefes lines are organic and define the shape or form. Lichtenstein uses the lines to help make the invisible visible and to add effect. He also uses words within his piece which you won't see within O'Keefes work.
